If the screen is off (Blacked out, usually due to idle activity), it will put the caller on hold. If the screen is on (Active, unlocked), it will put the caller on speakerphone. It's a little annoying, but I've trained myself to always hit "down" to activate the screen THEN hold the send button to activate the speakerphone. |
