WiFi settings lost on a daily basis

I have my WiFi enabled.. when im at home, i have to set it up to get connected... if i try within a few hours.. the connection is gone and i have to re-add it to my list of connections...
is this normal? is there some other setting i need to check?

Is there maybe 3rd party app that will handle and control these connections better?

are you talking about your wifi connection on your phone is lost everyday, or your wifi router loses it's connection?

On my phone... anytime i havent used it for a while.. few hours, few minutes, whatever the settings are not there anymore and i have to set it back up on the phone..

Is there not a better wi-fi solution available to keep the settings so i dont have to enter them everytime i want to use my connection at home or work?

What router do you have? Is this only happening with your WiFi at home, or other places (cafe, etc.)

how did you first connect your phone to your wifi? when i first turned on my wifi on my dash it recognized my router and now everytime i turn the wifi on my phone on it automatically connects to my router because i setup an access list in my router to allow my dash to connect with its MAC address. maybe this is something u need to try with your router
