Data off, phone still on?

Greetings!
I have a treo 700w, and I'm a little frustrated by one thing. I like to leave the phone on, because I get a wake up call every morning... However, leaving the phone on, means that I get emails at all hours of the night. I can't set the phone to silent, otherwise I'd miss my morning call.
Is there an app (or a hack) that I can employ to keep the data connection down between certain hours? My blackberry had an auto on/off feature, which would be perfect... Even if the whole device turned off between the hours of 10pm and 5am, that'd be fine.
Anyone have any ideas?
