ok,

so I am still using a Moto P280 and I would like to upgrade to a phone that has Bluetooth.

My primary consideration is reception--quad-band if possible and battery life. Secondary considerations are call quality and speakerphone.

So far the Moto V195 seems to be a pretty good option but it seems you cannot call out b/c it does not have voice dialing.

I don't mind buying used at all, and for a long time now I wanted a Nokia 6310i, but it doesn't have GSM 850, so maybe not so good when I am on Cingular/ATT networks.

Finally, since im a prepaid customer, getting a newer phone that needs a plan to be affordable is NOT an option.

I got the V195s, same as the v195 with the exception of favre. it does have voice dialing but the memory is very small, you can save about 5 voice dialing.
