xv6700 usb modem dialer

i need the two files "CDMA USB Modem Dialer.exe" & "CDMA USB Modem.INF" from the cd that comes with the phone please. i have one version of it but it only allows 1x connection and i want to connect on the evdo. all the guides i have seen says that the one on the cd that comes with the phone.
it is located on the CD at OEM->APPS->Drivers->CDMA USB Modem
i lost my cd so please can someone post a zip file with them
