My 902 suddenly became "blinking 902" (© Kevbodian 
), near death state 
So i decided to do 902 autopsy 
First, little guide "how to take 902 apart". Guide for 903 is almost the same, just phone on the pictures is different
Since there is thread about dissasembling 902 I will only post here additional pictures where are screws and where to look (might be useful for somebody...):

can anyone tell me what does this "Skyworks" chip?
camera module, mini display, flash light and SD card reader:
must be the slimmest 902 ever build (last pic):

have you tried reflashing? i guess its hardware if reflashing doesnt work
