Pay Structure

Can anyone who knows a lot about the Cingular pay structure go over it in detail? The base pay for employees and assistant managers as well as what employees and assistant managers get paid on commision. I would really appreciate it.

Not in a public forum or in an im. All employees covered by the union should have received a book that list the pay structure in it. If you are covered by the union and have not received a book on the current union contract, then ask your manager for a the union contract book. If you are not covered by the union, ask your manager about the pay structure for your outlet.

Just wanting to add, that the pay rate is proprietary information and it is not to be disclosed outside the company. While other companies may know what the rate of pay is, employees are not to post the information so that its' competitors do not know the pay structure.

Evidently it cannot be talked about at work either, since nobody seems to fully understands it.
