If you are covered by the union and have not received a book on the current union contract, then ask your manager for a the union contract book. If you are not covered by the union, ask your manager about the pay structure for your outlet.
Just wanting to add, that the pay rate is proprietary information and it is not to be disclosed outside the company. While other companies may know what the rate of pay is, employees are not to post the information so that its' competitors do not know the pay structure. |
