Something's wrong with my phone, help!

I have a Motorola Razr V3 and the other day when i was texting it gave me a message saying low memory, so i decided to delete some things off of my phone to make some more room. Anyway after i deleted some things i tried to go to my address book but it froze on me with a please wait text coming up, the same thing happens when i try to access my recent calls, pictures, calendar, and web access, it wont even allow me to perform the Master Reset and Master Clear features. So i need help on trying to fix my phone, i was told that i would need to reflash the software on it but i dont know how to do it or even know what V3 version my phone is. My phone is with cingular and i have already tried putting another sim card and battery into my phone and it gives the same problems so i know its not the battery or the sim. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This doesn't sound good. Sounds like you need a monsterpack. BTW - your phone is most likely a V3.

Well when my phone told me low memory i assumed it was because i had like 43 messages in my inbox from texting, so i cleared out all of my text messages in the inbox and in the outbox and when i exited the text menu thats when it started giving me problems. Another thing where can i get this monsterpack thing and are you sure it can help?

Before flashing it with an MP, first try taking the battery off for about a minute then reinsert. If that doesn't do it, then download smartmoto and under the service tab, you could perform a master reset there. Now if that still doesn't do the trick, then flash with a MP.

ok well, how do i use this smartmoto thing, i connect my phone to my comp and when i click search to connect the program to it my phone disconnects itself from the USB.

At the top, under phone connection box, is it set to computer USB?

yes and when i click search my phone disconnects from the USB by itself. I know its not the phone cus when i reconnected the USB back into the phone i used Motorola tools on it and it connected just fine. Perhaps its because i could only donwload the European and Asian versions of Smartmoto and i downloaded the European version?
