Ok wife is driving me crazy to make some ringtones for her 9800. I have downloaded the songs from Napster. First problem I didn't know that napster sends you WMA files. 2nd problem I didn't know the 9800 doesn't support Wma files. 3rd problem. Whe I try to convert the file i get an error about not having proper codecs. I assume it is referring to proper authorization due to being a protected song. So I am new to this. Can anyone tell me how I can....

Best program (free hopefully) to convert protected wma files to mp's
Easiest program (free) to cut ringtones down to size (mp3's)
