My fren has the moto v3xx an he can listen to music through his bluetooth earpiece. is that possible to do this with the 8525? is so how plz explain i have moto h700 earpiece.

I wouldn't guarantee it. For example, the V3xx can play music through an earpiece and even play MobiRadio over BT. On the other hand, the A707 cannot (although it does support A2DP) - it requires a BT headset and cannot play MobiRadio over BT. The best way to find out, IMHO, is to test it.

Unless cingular decided to cripple it's bluetooth functionality, I don't see why it shouldn't.

Though you do need an A2DP compatible bluetooth headset, it should work.

the 8525 DOES play music in stereo via bluetooth...i listen to it on a daily basis on both some bluetooth speakers and my bluetooth headphones....

anyone that says it doesnt has obviously never tried. i havent met one person who hasnt been able to do this. we(cingular) currently sell a few phones that will do this......the lg cu500, i think the sync, the blackjack, 8525, 8125, treo 750, and the v3xx...i think theres one more that im forgetting.

how do u set it up to do this? what bluetooth piece do u use?

Once you have an A2DP headset, just pair it to the phone as you would any other headset and start playing your music. It should automatically send music to the headphones

that comment wasnt aimed at you...its just that many many many people are misinformed about things, and it makes life harder for everyone...hehehe

like the guy above said.....as long as you get some stereo bluetooth headphones/speakers/whatever.....just pair it the same as a normal bluetooth. the southwing and jabra headphones are horrible.....look at the plantronics pulsar series if you want something with decent audio quality.

Neither the CU500 or the A707 will play via a mono bt headset such as the H700!

the V3xx WILL play via a mono headset like the H700. I'm using them to do it as we speak!

I have the Cingular KRZR K1 and I can listen to music through my H700 headset, but not my HS850. It's a cool feature but I can't see using it all that often since it's mono sound with the regular BT headset. Once Moto comes out with stereo BT headphones aren't gigantic or that don't look like they were made for 15 year olds I'll pick some up.

There is a mod that will route all sounds to BT so that would make it work. I have not used it but I know others have..
