Does your email disappear from your Blackjack inboxes?

My email on all my POP3 accounts I have set up on my Blackjack disappears after a few days. Is this happening to anyone else and why is this happening in the first place?

There is a setting of how many days of mail to show on the BJ. Plus, if you go through a tool like Outlook and delete an e-mail the BJ will delete it also at the next synch.

If you move an email out of your inbox to a folder, it will be removed from the BJ also.

its in account settings in that account u already set up. for example, i have my gmail set up and i just go into account settings and i believe you can change it to like 1 day, 3 days, all messages....i have had the same problem and it was annoying. i fixed my settings in gmail settings from my comp and i have them archived too. since then, i havent had emails deleted. let me know if that helps

Gmail automatically deletes read emails, but there is a setting you can use to stop it. On my personal mail server, all of my mail thats read stays on the phone with no problems.

I've already changed it in the settings to download all the mail and the entire message of each email. That doesn't seem to help. After a few days, they slowly start disappearing. I fixed the gmail account by putting recent:username as my username. But my other accounts' email starts disappearing after a few days. It doesn't disappear from the server, just in my Blackjack mailbox.

i have my setting from gmail on my computer set at receive all pop and archive messages. i have it set for all messages and entire message and i have no problems. if they dissappear, check your settings on gmail from comp and resave them settings then go on your bj and "send/receive" again and all your messages should come right back. see if that helps, let us know

"How should I use POP on mobile or multiple devices?
If you're accessing your Gmail using POP from multiple clients, Gmail's recent mode makes sure that all messages are made available to each client, rather than only to the first client to access new mail.

Recent mode fetches the last 30 days of mail, regardless of whether it's been sent to another POP client already.

If you sign in to Gmail using your Blackberry, you're signed in to recent mode automatically. Other users can access recent mode by logging in with a modified username:

recent:username@gmail.com"

Yeah-- the "recent" thing worked for me, like I said in my previous post. All my gmail settings are correct and now my problem is the 4 OTHER POP3 accounts I have set up. The mail starts disappearing after a few days. I already checked all my settings with those accounts and they are fine-- actually I know they are fine because the mail never did this with my MDA.
