this program doesn't recognize my phone anymore.... like when the screen of the phone comes up on my computer it keeps saying "Intializing...Please Wait" and it does nothing... does anyone who uses this software know why this is happening? i've used it many times and i love the program and i want to use it to create more ringtones but it hasn't recognized my phone lately.. any help?

Are you running XP or Vista. I found out the hard way that MPT does not yet work with Vista. I'm glad I'm still dual booting.

I'm not an expert, I don't want to say "I'll show you" but mine is working. My stuffs: Windows XP + USB + V3 + mpt ver. 4 - Here is what I did: On Windows, uninstall every drivers related to your USB+Phone that you previously installed. DO NOT connect your phone to PC, install your mpt-4. After your mpt-4 installed, connect phone to PC and turn on your phone, start running program mpt-4. It works for me, just yesterday..
