Blackjack display time out value resetting

I'm not sure when this began, but now my display timeout value always resets to the default of 10 seconds when I lock the phone. None of the rest of the power management values reset. It's more of an annoyance than anything but I'm curious as to what may be causing it. This happens even if I shutdown all running programs using task manager so the only non-standard program still operating is Facade, but it seems unlikely to be the cause.
I've searched the forum but it doesn't look like anyone else has reported this problem. Any ideas?
