Hey -- how fast is the processor in the PN-820? If you have one, you can find out through TCPMP or maybe in start->settings somewhere.
Also, how is navigating w/o a stylus? Does it play any games OK? ebooks?

I'm just getting setup with mine. Nav is fine, nice navigation ring with a bit if a raise surface to help with grip. Screen is crystal clear. I just retired a vx6600 after 2 years of complaining about the sound volume. I tried the enV but found it tuned more for the music stuff, not the business end with scheduling and whatnot.
So far I like this little rascle. EXTREAMLY thin for what it does.
Processor is ARM920T PX27x.

I switched over from the vx9900 as well. I still own the enV but I wanted to get something more geared towards business. The vx9900 is awesome for the qwerty key board, but seems to be more of a music player, gaming device and text machine rather than for scheduling and email. I text a good amount, but it is more important to me to be able to organize my contacts, email, tasks and appointments through outlook. Also the web browser on the 820 is much better.
I do not mind the lack of qwerty on the 820, or the fact that navigation is done with a 5 way directional pad, because most of the things I use the phone for are getting information that I already have, and t9 works well enough to enter the information that I need to. Also, I dont like the idea of having to use Wireless Synch or paying for another application through Get It Now, which is why Outlook is awesome.
The 820 comes with 2 games, a bubble-breaker game and solitaire. They work well with the directional pad. I have no complaints about the phone, aside from the complications that are involved with installing some (not all) programs.

I have had mine for about 2 weeks now and the only gripe that I have is the inability to use voice dialing from the bluetooth headset. I have tried several headsets but the problem seems to be the version of voice recognition software that comes on the phone. Other than that it is great to have a flip smart phone--it actually looks and acts like a phone--I have had no problems with active sync and outlook--a great phone except for the one thing.
