Downloading info from Dash

How do I download information (text messages, contact lists, etc) off my Dash? Does anybody know of any programs that will allow me to do this? I don't know how to do it through activesync (I don't even know if its possible..)..I have received some text messages over the past few days and can't view them.
Anyway...My dash's screen is cracked and I decided to get a new phone, probably a Razr V3t (I used to have a razr, but it got stolen)...The dash is a nice little mobile device, but it absolutely sucks as a phone and although being able to browse the web and such is luxurious, it just isn't pleasing to me as a phone.
If anybody possibly wants to buy a Dash with a busted screen (everything else works fine), PM me. Heh...
