Not from any setting/hack on the phone.
You'd have to call your provider and ask them. 611 is usually the number to contact your provider from a cell phone.

You seem to be using Verizon, but this is not the Verizon forums - this is the CDMA forum. I thought on Verizon you used to be able to request a different number of rings, but I forget if that was just something I thought or an actual truism.
