My sons brand new w300i keeps freezing every soo often and we can't figure out why...could someone help us out as to figure out why?

Try Upgrading the Firmware.

I had the same prob but on my Siemens MC60...works for about 30 mins, then it frezzes, makes some strange sound, some lines apears on the display and it turns off...after some time I can turn it on again, and then the same story again...after sometime, I opened my phone, the processor was burned...sucks a LOT!!!
