Voice Command and Treo 750 Problem

So I loaded Pocket Mechanic 2.23 and had it do it's registry cleanup and it removed some essential registry entries that now prevent Voice Command (preloaded 1.5) to run. I am getting the 'Voice Command has encountered a problem. Restart Voice Command and try again' endless loop error. I'm not sure if any of you have encountered this problem (yet) so be forwarned

I DON'T want to hard reset and reload all my software and I suspect it's a missing key (or keys) in the registry that Pocket Mechanic ripped out (lesson learned...). Does anybody know how to dump the Registry into a .Reg File and upload to this site? I would like re-install the missing reg entries from that file, preferably dumping from a hard reset default state. Any help would be appreciated.
