Waiting for Phone to Disconnect TROUBLE
(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I have followed the guidelines to flash my W810i.
I have all the updated drivers and versions of PhoneXS.
And I have a full battery.
I run PhoneXS and everything seems to be going well except at some point the log gets stuck on waiting for phone to disconnect.
I do not know what to do. Can anyone help me?
This is the first time I have tried to do anything like this.

the phone should not turn on at all.
make sure your memory stick and sim
card are removed.

This Happens. Your going to have to Stop the Process and start all over.

well, the phone never turned on. it finally looked like it was going to work after i posted. it got stuck on EaTbs like i read it was suppose to. so, i let it sit on that for 13 hours. i woke up this morning and it was still on EaTbs, but my phone was on and in transfer mode. so i stopped flashing and started over with a full battery.
am i doing something (else) wrong?
what do i need to do differently?
thanks for all your help!

try on a diff computer if possible... also, remove sim and mem stick... use the usb port in the back of the computer if possible... only work on a full battery...
uhhhh... thats all i can think of for now

My drivers are up to date, there is no sim or memory card in the phone.
i only have three usb ports, and i'm using a laptop.
i always start with a full battery.
this is getting frustrating. but thanks to ya'll who are helping.
