MS setup help

Hi,

I need a bit of help with mms setup on my V525 (I know, old phone :P). I originally had it on vodafone pay monthly and since switched to another provider (tesco mobile PAYG). I don't really use the phone for anything other than making and receiving calls nowadays.

The other day someone sent me an MMS and I found it drained all my credit, never thought I'd be charged for someone else sending me something! I didn't even recieve the whole thing, the phone must've run out of credit before it could finish.

I went into the MMS setup and came across three options, automatic, defer, home only. I'm assuming having it set to automatic is the culprit, but what do the other 2 mean? I'd have no problems disabling MMS altogether, if that can be done. I just never want to be charged again for something I didn't do! Any help appreciated.

I am not sure about Vodafone but normally, and I only speak of normally in the way of Cingular, T-Mobile and Verizon; MMS only costs $0.25 for each pic sent and or recieved.
