Streaming video on Treo 750?

I'm considering the Treo 750 but noticed it doesn't have Cingular Video. Is this something that I can download later? I'm familiar with MobiTV2 but I'm looking for a free alternative. Thanks.

the two that come to mind for me are Orb and Slingbox... But there is a website posted here which had a long list of free online tv/radio sites: www.pdahomepage.com
I've never used cingular's video service so I don't really know what I'm missing I guess...
