If you can find your self a Jawbone headset I would recommend it. I also recommend the Plantronics 640.

I am using motorola H700...I was using it with my V3x and Ming so I didn't see the need to buy another one....auto connects well and gives no trouble.....

I'm using the Jabra bt250v with the Blackjack and it works great.

oh nice so the jabra bt250v works great...that is what i needed to hear. gonna get me another one of those since i hate every other headset out. thanks guys

I'm using the H700 and not really impressed. The range is mediocre at best. Not sure if that is due to the BJ or the H700. I bought them at the same time so I can't really compare. I was using an HS820 with my Nokia 6230 and 6682 and could walk around the house and leave the phone sitting on the counter. I get 10 feet away from my BJ with the H700 and it's cutting out

Wirelessly posted (Blackjack: SAMSUNG-SGH-I607/I607FG1 Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; Smartphone; 320x240))

im using my nokia bh-900. at least i think thats the model #. its the one with the extendable boom mic. works great. very light and sounds great.

WEP200 - Really small and light weight. Doesn't wrap around the ear so it takes a bit to get used to and you can't move around a lot or it will fly out your ear.

Jabra JX10 (when I'm not using my car's BT kit) - works great

I think it would be great if more blackjack users could comment on what BT headsets there using!

I'm using a BJ and I'm currently testing out a plantronics 655 and its really not that good. Too much static when phone is only 2ft away or on the opposite side of my body that the BT headset is on. I too had a moto hs820 that I had no issues with and could walk all around the house with no problems but I had to give that to my wife cause she really likes the moto 820, hers died out after 3 years of heavy usage and it works well with her treo680.

I'm kinda wondering what I'm gonna purchase next. I like the in ear style headsets. I've heard the plantronics 640 is better sounding than the 655 but has charging issues which doesn't sound like a big deal. I've been reading about the Nokia Bh-800 as well which sounds promising. Jabra JX10 could be good as well. The samsung wep200 earpiece looks like it may be painfull to wear. Of course theres always the Jawbones.

Everytime I post I'm leaning towards a different headset. Now I'm thinking Discovery 640 from newegg.com for $65.

Either way the discovery 655 is going back to cingular. It's a shame I really like the look and feel of it but too much distortion and static.

Every review on every site no matter what model headset is going to have good reviews and bad reviews. Is it the phone? Is the headset? Who knows. I guess with bluetooth you never know until you try one that works with your setup.

i tried the wep200 at the cingular store and it would just fall right out of my ear...i personally dont like too many "set in ear" bt headsets. i was thinking about getting another jabra bt250v. it was great with my razr and someone on this post said it works perfectly with their BJ. Plus the bt250v is a nice black just like the BJ. Plus the 250v is cheaper now that the 500v is out

I forget the model number, but I'm using the Moto headset that uses a AAA battery instead of needing a charge. Call quality is very good, and the occasional static is a sign that the battery needs to be changed. I use rechargable AAA's, so once I hear a little static, just change the battery out when I get home.

No issues with pairing at all either.

I have the Moto H700 and the Samsung WEP200. Interestingly enough, they both performed very well with my other phones but not so much with the Blackjack. The person on the other end complains of echos with the H700 and they complain that I sound terrible with the WEP200. I think "you sound far away" and "like your on speaker phone" were the most common ones. Ive never heard either complaint before. And for those that complain that the WEP200 falls out of your ear, you need to get a Jabra Ear Gel. Fits perfectly snug and wont fall out. And they cost about $2.50 for a pack.

it is your H700 that is causing the static. i have one too and it sucks. i have been using it since the summertime and i exchanged it 3 tmes due to static and i have used it with at least 5 different phones over the lst 6months, all with the same result.

i have a jawbone also now and it sounds good with the blackjack. i cant seem to get a comfortable fit, though, so i am going to be returning it on monday.

Well I just bought the Samsung WEP200 and I'll be returning it tomorrow because of static and loud hissing noise and comfort. The 200 did stay in my ear with the small and medium ear pieces but it didn't really feel comfortable. Also again its the static I hear when I put the phone in my pocket that I just can't live with. The Moto HS820 never had these problems.
