Ok, heres the scoop..I have a Razr V3c and have it perfectly set up driver wise.

I can view that its connected on RSD lite 2.5 but everytime I open Phone Tools it gives me this error after it tries setting up modem, "mobile PhoneTools will not function correctly without a mobile device installed, would you like to install one now?"

(It takes around a minute to "set up" too) What am I missing??? Or am I just useing the wrong version of phonetools?

you'll want to fix your profile, as it says V3 which would be a GSM phone... if you truely have US Cellular, its a V3C or V3M and is CDMA.. there is a difference...

and why do you have RSDLite open when you are trying to use MPT??

RSD and MPT use different USB configurations of the phone. If you can see the phone in RSD, MPT is never going to work.

Close RSD, and then unplug/plug in your phone again, then try MPT.
