Roaming Issues

Bought a Verizon/Motorola V325i but live here in Canada. Was able to program my local SID and # but now when travelling it will not always roam where my old phones have in the past. Managed to get the long programming access codes but don't know which settings require modifying. Can anyone help me out?

Apparently I have to flash the phone with a new PRL.
Anyone have access to PRL 30388?
