My BlackJack is displaying "No SIM" message

All of a sudden my BJ is displaying "No SIM". I have tried turning it off, taking the battery out, taking the SIM out, wait a few minutes, SIM back in, battery back in, power back on, for a couple times and no luck. Anybody else had this problem before?
