Razr Sound Feedback

I just got a few Motorola phones from Verizon. 2 are Razr's and 1 is a V325. All three phones have a feedback issue. You can hear yourself talking through the earpiece. It sounds like a bad land line connection or a cheap phone. If you blow on the mic you can really hear it in the earpiece. Is this normal for Motorola, I've never had one before. My previous LG and Kyocera phones did not do this.
