ok recently i bought a sharp 903sh (japan firmware/ euro firmware) with 64miniSD. My questions are:

1. Why when i save my music it saves under 'phone' instead of my miniSD. Thus, y when it saves i Phone i can set as ringtone but when i save in MiniSD, i can not set the mp3 as ringtone.

2. My sis tried sending me music thru bluetooth it connects no problem but then it pops us teh msg 'Cannot be saved on My Items' and then 'Coneection Terminated' why?

1. a) When you save your music? Save it from where?
b) You can not set ringtones from the miniSD card. Live with it.

2. I've had this problem before, 90% of the time connecting with other Nokia's. I don't know what it is. But I get the feeling that it needs to have enough space in phone memory to do the transfer. For example, your 903sh has 8mb of total phone memory, and if someone tries to send you a 6mb file, when you only have 4mb of free phone memory, the error will appear. I think the phone works in a way that transfers go Sender Phone -> Bluetooth -> Internal Memory -> External Memory, which would explain this problem. As I said, I'm only guessing, so anyone who knows more about this issue feel free to correct me.

Bluetooth transfers only ever go to internal memory, so if you don't have enough space in internal memory the transfer simply fails. The only thing you can do about this is to make enough internal memory available for the transfer to work.

I really don't know why everyone is saying they 'recently god a 903sh with japan/UK firmware'. The firmware are different; if you don't know which one you have then you need to find out!

1. mp3 ringtone will only work on euro model. gotta be CBR <192kbps audio <300kB.

2. what is your sister's phone and what kind of music is she sending you?

well when i mean japan/euro i mean that. they are both fw in my phone and my sis has w850i b/c i dun have a card reader and data cables atm...and maybe the song was 300kb, which is why!

Kev's right, you can only have JP or Euro firmware, not both.

okay i also have a question...when like sometimes i close my phone after a call or just close my phone. it makes this annoying sound telling me the SD card is removed then it tells me again the SD card is inserted. what the heck? is it the same as u guys??
