Is there an alternate way to erase the flash memory on my V3?

im going to go out on a limb here and say, that there is no way to manually erase the flash memory on my RAZR V3, u know, like opening the sucker and poking at it with a screw driver or something?

cause every time i go to use the Mr.Bucket unbrick method on my razr, and i try to flash the RFDI image, using multiflashflex in PST, it gets up to erasing flash memory and the keypad light cut off, go dim and then i get flash failed. ive left the phone charging over nights into afternoons so i kno the battery is fully charged.

any input/feedback would be helpful
im starting to think my phone is completely gone and dead.

Try searching for RSD Lite .. I've tried MFF on an old E815 .. couldn't flash it .. tried RSD Lite 3.3 .. didn't work .. tried RSD Lite 2.7 .. and worked like a charm.

Before RSD Lite 2.7 .. it would get up to downloading RAM .. then reboot my phone and hang .. got RSD Lite 2.7 .. and flashed it fine.

i just went and gave it a try with RSD Lite 2.7
and it didnt work out, i get the same result, phone loses connectivity with the pc when it reaches the point where the memory is starting to be erased (sometimes even before that)
