I hope someone can help me!
I have a broken v323 phone, I was sent a replacement v323i and I have many songs downloaded from easyedge on my v323 that I really would love to transfer over to my new phone since I paid like $1.99 for each! My US Cellular store told me they could not do it for me.. is there any way that I can do it myself? I have Motorola Phone Tools but it does not seem to let me access the "locked" files.

Please help! Thanks.

I'd use either P2kcommander, or QPST. Take your pick.
If you'd like to try QPST, PM me and I can email you a copy of it, because it is hard to find.

Don't use BitPim. It won't let you modify the phone's audio files.

Usually ringtones and such from EasyEdge are locked in the phone to prevent copying and sending to others. I know that in most cases in our retail store, our sales people are allowing a goodwill credit of somekind to help cover most of the cost to redownload the app and ringtones for you. You should go in and ask them about it.
