KRZR K1m syncing problems... please advise.

I've been using MSU and P2K Commander 4.9.0 to upload my own ringtones, and everything was working all honky dorry until MSU (Motorola Software Update) asked me to update my software, and I did... Then I tried to upload two new ringtones, and P2K wigged out, I got a lot of disconnect/reconnect sounds from WinXP, then it appeard to upload. I checked, and the ringones did upload, but would not work on my phone (I followed all the correct procedures, and tried multiple times to get them to work (as they were on my phone)... Frustrated, I tried to reinstall drivers and such to see if I could fix the problem (since it started when I upgraded my software). Now, I can't even install the correct drivers. My phone won't display as a USB Modem, and I can't even sync it with my computer to change my music around... Please help!!! ;-;

NOW, I got the syncing to work... But I still can't get the 'Motorola USB Modem' dirver to install correctly.... It's got a (!) on it..... I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling repeatedly... Last time I was able to install the correct driver, I had to plug my phone in, and have it say 'Charging...' Now, when I plug it into the computer, it'll flash 'Charging...' for a second or so, then go back to normal, so I can't fix the driver... Any ideas?

Bah!... Now it's failing to sync again!!!!!11 >_<
