Originally, I embarked on a quest to get edge on my v3i. After aborting and putting everything back to the way things were (basically just flashing with a stock v3i monsterback without itunes, then reflashing with R444ID_G_08.01.03R because RF seemed to be better, some mods aren't working as usual.

For instance, I activated ring lights and put the funlight.pat file (bluelights 2 from another thread) and it makes my phone restart whenever someone calls me with eventlight patterns on. I'm still looking for other bugs but I wanted to see if there were more bugs or if anyone else is experiencing these issues.

Funny, I had put the exact same "Blue Lights" funlight pat into my phone (w/iTunes) and it works fine but when I installed it in my friends non-iTunes V3i, it rebooted itself all the time... til' I took out the funlight pat that is.

I said screw this firmware. I tried doing this v3i edge mod and it doesn't work for me. i've tried so many variations of things and nothing works. I'm keeping my stand that this is a hardware issue that wasn't rectified, thus, Cingular's delay in getting the v3i.
