swap contacts from a nextel 930 to a blackjack

my blackjack should be in tomm,just trying to figure out how to transfer my contacts?
1. i uploaded my contacts to my nextel sim,can i put it in the blackjack and copy them to the phone? then put the cingular sim back in?are cingular and nextel sims even the same size?
2. from what i read the blackjack has no beam option? and the 930 has no bluetooth so thats out.
3. i activesync but cant figure out how to upload my contacts to my pc

The i930 will sync with Outlook on your PC (Activesync 3.8)... do that,
then re-install Activesync for BJ and sync..
If you don't use Outlook ... look at some on the web sync services
