I had the vibra switch thing for my phone and i mapped the PTT button to switch between vibrating and the ringer. Yeah it worked for a few weeks and now this morning, my vibrate does not work at all. Yes i changed it in the settings thing. Even when i changed it to vibrate and when i call my phone, it doesnot vibrate. When i set it to vibe and ring, it only rings, it ceases to vibrate. Does anyone know what the problem might be or why it just stopped working all of a sudden??

Ive tried both the hard and the soft rest

i removed the ptt fix and the vibra switch and turned off the device and it still does not work. When i am in the phone settings thing and when i change the prfile to vibrate, the phone would not even vibrate.

i had previously installed ilauncher but i removed it..

i have Rltoday plugin

tofclock today plugin

pocketx photo contacts pro

again, thanks for the assistance. I was wondering if i upgrade my rom version, this should kinda solve my problem right?? I can sorta live without having a vibrate function as this eliminates the annoying vibrate that happens when u send a text but knowing that something does not work with this phone is kinda buggin me... but thanks again

ok i just did the rom update and the vibrate still does not work... its startin to get on my nerves
any help and i have the cing 8525

I have the same problem now, only I didn't do anything to my phone. I just noticed today that it no longer vibrates at all, and it seems it's not a software issue. I'm deeply distraught. This is very annoying.

If after soft and hard re-sets you still have no vibrate function, you may have the situation shown/described here:
