RAZR V3 signal problem

I have bought a new RAZR V3 BLACK, it only recognizes Mobilink signals in PAKISTAN and whenever I switch to telenor or other carriers it only shows "EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY" adn at some points I also don't recognize Mobilink. whereas My mobilink and telenor SIM cards are working well on my Motorola C168. I asked a qualified professional about this problem, he says that it's a software problem. I've flashed it to but the problem persist. Is it a software problem or a hardware problem.

Hmm, wierd. Is your Network band set ot automatic?

For mobilink and telenor they are using GSM 900/1800 band so i've set it to 900/1800 and

Band 900/1800
Type Automatic
Speed Continuous

phone was working well from they day I bought till 2 weeks and all of sudden it started giving this error.
