E815 - Problem with Phonebook Manager

My phone in the morning says 'open to continue' - So I open it and the screen is almost completely white.. It almost looks like the screen you get at when you use vioce command, but only at the very top, the rest is white.
I can still use any function I want, however, the white screen does not go away until I reset the phone.
I assume this might have something to do with the phonebook manager that Verizon offers. I set the phonebook to upload the addresses from my phone every morning, like at 5 or 6 am. This problem had not been occuring before that time.
Oh and I am not sure, but it might only occur when the phone is charging also.
Anyone experience this problem or have ideas on how to fix it?
