vibrate problems with v3xx

So I normally like to have my phone on vibrate at work since I work in a customer service environment. However, I also have a couple ringtones assigned to contacts. Apparently the ringtone id overrides the vibrate setting. If there is no way to have the phone vibrate every time I get a call, doesn't that defeat the purpose of having it on vibrate? Am I missing a setting? The only way I can do this is to unassign the ringtone.

Go to settings>audio>set to vibrate The go down to vibrate detail select scroll down to ringer id's select off.
