Anyone having trouble with POS?

When I try to view my unbilled minutes under the 'Analyze Rate Plan' option on POS.com, it gives me the "no unbilled minutes available from CAM" text. I realize that POS is normally a bit behind in updating this, however I have entered a new bill cycle and have been in it for about 9 days.

Any solutions?

I hate POS. Every month something doesnt work on it. Whats new this month is the inability to change family rate plans. Can't wait for next month. Seriously, when i click to change a plan, it then goes to next screen to ask what lines to be secondary on it, then the screen that shows the featuers the rate plan has and the old rate plan. Then in repeats itself. I think calls to CS would drop by 5% if POS worked right.
