Need help with Razr V3 and Motorola tools

I tried to use Motorola phone tools on my buddies Razr V3 and it came up fine, but the icon for multimedia(to download pics and music) didn't show up? He has Vorizon as a provider, any ideas? I had no problem with another buddies Razr, I am at a loss. Any help appreciated, thanks.

I had a similar problem; I'm on Cingular, everything works great; my friend is on Verizon and we could not get the same options to display. Don't know what the deal is and we did not pursue it further. He is not into modding & I am so I guess it's ok.
