i have w550i SE phone... never updated software ... now trying to update and dont work.

I downloaded software update udated it, now puting phone you know p-res c an then put usb ... AND WTF?? IT DONT FIND IT it says DETECTION FILED REMOWE JOUR PHONE AND PRESS RESTART
AND I RESETED A LOT OF TIMES BUT STILL THE SAME !!!!!!

Pleas help me

Did you install the USB Drivers?

Try turning off the phone and taking out the battery.
