I am having an impossible time getting my phone to sync with xp and outlook 2002. It will do it initially i.e first time and then after tha it gives me a memory error messages and an mRouter with exclamation mark messages. I also do not have an mrouter icon on my task bar? should I? SE is no help.. at all.. I have spent hours with this and am ready to send it back! HELP

1) Kill McAfee Firewall

2) Kill McAfee Anti-virus

3) Have Outlook running during sychronization (click on Outlook window shortly after start of sync and look for little pop-up window saying something like "some program is trying to access e-mail address" (blah blah blah); select 10 minutes from the drop down.

I don't have the link on me but in the past day or so someone posted a link to a freeware program that will automate clicking yes to pop-up boxes.

Darlene, be sure you have the latest P800 suite off SE's web site. I had similar problems sync'ing and backing up until I dumped the original CD version and installed the downloaded version.
