Rokr Out Of Date!?

I recently tried installing the new itunes to extend the song limit from 100 to 1000. The thing is, I have the imported phone that has 50 song limit. Does the 1000 limit update not work with the phone with the 50 song limit? But anyways the problem I am having right now is that I installed itunes, but when I restart my phone using motomidman, the phone says "The application is out of date. Verify time and date..blah blah blah" I've been itunes free for 3 months. Can someone PLEASE help me
