Help my GD87! ~~~

My GD87 was killed when I used WINMODO and GAD87A22.REL, G1D87L94REL to FLASH it yesterday. Because I use the files incorrectly, the phone shows CRC ERRORS when flashing, I took away the data cable, but the phone cannot power on and communicate.
What can I do? Help me please!

Get the correct language pack for A22 and re-flash it. That should fix it. If not, I have no idea what you are going to do, Pana will probably charge you to fix it.

For those that doubted that you could kill your mobile by misusing this tool, let this be a lesson to you.

ouch! sorry to hear that, my friend

but like i post in the se forum all of the time, if you don't know what you're doing leave it for a professional (hence the seriously old skool a16 on my gd87)

My cell also is A16 will to A22,but i failed to upgrade.

As lost said, this is why we urged everyone not to get winmodo and do self upgrades. The phone now has to go to a service center...and yes, it will cost.

My upgrade went very smooth, no problems whatsoever. But, before I did it I was reading instructions from left to right and only after I was pretty confident, I did it. There's been a few cases when the phone died after the upgrade. The ones who suffered this tragedy performed the upgrade again and their phones are fine now.

I'll put the upgrade procedure here so you folks can do it properly:
The upgrade works with either USB or serial cable.

To upgrade the software:

1. Turn phone off.

2. Connect to cable.

3. Use WINRAR (www.rarsoft.com) to unrar the upgrade files. GAD87A22.lhz is the firmware file which urars to gad87a22.rel
G1D87L94.lzh is the language pack which unrars to g1d87l94.rel

4. Start WINMODO.

5. Set BAUD RATE to 115200

6. Set COM to the correct port your cable is using. To find out what COM you are using, check system propreties.

7. Check that MOBILE MODEL says GD87.

8. Click on BOOT to change its color to GREEN.

9. Click on MAIN to change its color to GREEN.

10. Click on LANGUAGE to change its color to RED.

11. Under IMAGE FILE click BROWSE and select gad87a22.rel

12. You're ready to upgrade.

13. Click on START DOWNLOAD. The white window will show SIGNALLING

14. Turn phone ON. The phone WILL NOT turn on, rather on the white window you will see other words being displayed.

15. LET GO of the phone power button.

16. WAIT until the upgrade is done. I suggest you do not do anything with the computer in the mean time. Go smoke a cigarette or check out war news

17. When upgrade finishes, disconnect cable, and turn phone ON.

To put the language pack.

DO THIS ONLY IF THE MENUS OF THE PHONE SEEM TO HAVE GONE CRAZY.

1. Turn phone OFF

2. Connect to cable

3. Click on BOOT to change its color to GREEN

4. Click on MAIN to change its color to RED

5. Click on LANGUAGE to change its color to GREEN

6. Under LANGUAGE click on BROWSE and select the G1D87L94.rel file

7. Make sure the other options are the same as for the upgrade (COM, BAUD RATE, PHONE MODEL)

8. Follow instructions from 13 above.

Note: Do not select Gang Mode. Do not play with the menus.

That's it... I hope it helps...

I had use your solution do it,but too late.
I think my cell BOOT had lost.......and also no communication
and cann't power on.because i had remove battery too longtime.
