Wirelessly posted (Nokia 6620: SAMSUNG-SGH-I607/I607FG1 Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; Smartphone; 320x240) UP.Link/6.3.0.0.0)

You have to download it going through Media Net with Cingular.

It's not on the list yet, but you can now download it through Media Net.

I am using a free weather app that I found a link to over at the treocentralforums. Mycast has nothing to do with quality. I use GRlevel 3 on my Black Jack and treo and it blows mycast away . Lightning , Warnings, Temps , Wind speed, Spc outlooks , Sat overlay and more

Woo Hoo Weather War!!

What else can my cast do besides get me my weather? I mean, come on - I can stick hy head out my window for the weather.

So I had this app sent to my phone through the Cingular website, and it sends me a text. I click the link, it takes me to Media Net Mall or something. Then I click My-Cast, and it asks if I want to download the Mycast.jad @ 2.29kb, I say yes. Then I got to IBM MIDP and it does nothing. A few minutes later it takes me to my other Java Apps I have installed, Google Maps and Gmail.

What gives?

What's the link???

EDIT: Sorry I see it now.

Rolltide: So the app is $79. Is there a java client or WM5 version, or do you just access the site from your Blackjack?

Posted by: ROLLTIDE

There is not a Java client yet or WM5 version but you can upload images and animate them. Let me install the code and I will show you what it looks like animated. I have tried accueweather client and some of the other products out there and still find that GR gives me the most bang for the buck. Then again I am a weather weenie / storm tracker.
