I ordered the HTC P3600 from "Phone Source USA" last week and yesterday, i received a package with the WRONG phone! They sent me the HTC P4350. Just because it has a higher model number doesn't mean it's a better phone. My invoice even says the phone should have been the P3600. I emailed them last night and told them that i wasn't going to pay for shipping to return it to them. It was their fault for getting the order wrong. I'm planning on calling them this morning and hopefully they will be nice enough to ship the P3600 overnight to me (since they are in Las Vegas, and i am in California) with a packing slip so i can return the P4350 back to them. but i think they might want me to return this phone to them first. i was looking foward to playing with the HTC P3600 this weekend so hopefully, they'll trust me that i'll send the phone back to them if they send me the correct phone first. i paid with paypal, so if they don't do what i ask, i'll file a claim with paypal. after all, they did send me a cheaper phone.

So after talking to them a few times this morning, they wanted me to ship it back to them before they ship me the P3600. i was hoping they would fax me a shipping label for overnight shipping so they can receive the P4350 tomorrow and send me out the P3600 the same day and i can have it by friday. but they wanted me to pay for shipping to send it to them. i wasn't going to pay 40 bucks for overnight shipping, so i just sent it 2 days delivery for 5 bucks. they said they'll pay for shipping when they ship me the P3600. i guess i'll update next week if and when i get my phone.

I got my new P3600 tuesday night (02/27/2007). I really like it. I also got a black Silicone Case for it. Ok, i'm going off subject here. Overall, Phone Source USA has been good to me. I returned the P4350 that they sent me, and they shipped out a new P3600 for me. even though they had my order wrong the first time, i'll still recommend them. If they would have shipped me the TyTN by mistake, i wouldn't have complained
