Something fishy about Chargebacks...

So im pretty sure this has been brought up before but ive searched the forums quite a bit and havent seen a thread about it.

OK so there are THREE main issues i see that are totally fcked up:

1- Going through myComp, ive been throughout my chargebacks as i do every month. However i very rarely get a LEGIT chargeback; usually its an issue where CCARE (customer care) or ECARE completely REMOVES the feature i put on, then RE-ADDS the feature i added. Co-Workers are noticing the same and thinking that it may be a conspiracy to lower our commision checks. At any rate, i can simply reverse the process but it starts my 6 month counter over again (7 months if its a MEdia plan) which brings me to number 2

2- the 6 month counter to avoid chargebacks is kinda bogus since in fact the feature stays on for 7 months at minimum, depending on the customers bill cycle because of the UNL promo. Discuss.

3- Double/Triple chargebacks?? anyone notice this?? washington/baltimore market is where im from, and yeah its true, we have to sometimes deal with double and triple chargebacks. Again its a fixable issue, but the money doesnt get reclaimed until the next commission check so WTF.
