Where Is Outlook Tasks Located in My RIZR?

Hi,

I'm new to the Motorola OS as I used to have a MPX220 which is quite different. With active synch, I could grab everything in Outlook and find it on my phone easily. I just got a RIZR and found MPT isn't as easy. I create Tasks within Outlook for shopping lists, driving directions, etc so maybe I'm creating them a way that MPT or my phone can't read? Anyhow, I'm can't figure out where the Outlook Tasks are located. Any suggestions?
