Please help with BlackJack & Yahoo Unlimited Music & video prob

New user here... please cut me some slack.

Yesterday I purchased a BlackJack for use with Cingular. I also purchased a 2 GB micro SD card to go along with it. I set up everything and then launched Yahoo Music Unlimited (which I have a subscription service too). Yahoo Unlimited recognizes the Black Jack, and actually references two devices found under the name.

I thought this was a good thing, but it actually only shows two occurences of the BJ's internal memory... not the micro sd. I have checked and can see the micro in the file explorer but I can't seem to pull it up in Unlimited. The music copies to the internal memory fine, but I don't really want to use the internal memory for music. Besides, it can't hold that much. Anyone else have this problem?

Also, I placed a MPEG-4 video on the micro-sd card and have attempted to play it back on the phone. The video is choppy to the point it is not watchable. Anything suggestions there?

Please help!

for the video I suggest resizing it for the phone. google pocket divx(freeware) and for yahoo music try changing the usb to mass storage instead of active sync

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give them both a try and report back this afternoon!

I tried the suggested way of getting Unlimited to recognize the MicroSD card. It worked, however it states that it is not a compatible device to transfer music to.

Looks like I can only transfer to the phone memory, not the card. Anyone else with these problems?
