.......modding GD55 keypad..........

ok, i opened up my GD55 and im going to change my leds to white. I haven't though, but for anyone who was thinking abut doing it, the keypad has 6 leds(0603) and the screen has 2 (1206) on the top.. Now the hard part seems to be the metal cage protecting the keypad, it soldered on to it on one end, so you prolly need to solder it off before you can change the leds.

But the LED's look so cool the way they are! I wouldn't risk it unless you are REEEAALy board.
