Did anybody else have problems with the new opus update today? I know we had trouble doing some pretty simple things like adding the media discount and sometimes it wouldnt even let us pull up an account. They also took off the link to look at comissions for the account so we can't see if anybody flipped our features without going through the notes.

On a lighter note though, I dont remember seeing the spinning jack all day long, so that was nice.

It is a company wide glitch. You have to remove the item from the shopping card and readd it to be able to change the price.

As for the commission, theres a button at the bottom of the page that says commissions.

I don't like it.

Its too slow but that could be because it just launched and its sunday.

Yeah it seems slower.... and the discount crap through me for a loop but i found a way around it. it doesnt feel any better, and im not sure what the actual "improvements" are... but at least i dont have to stare at that lady laughing all day...

Does it seem slower to anyone else? it takes me a good 20-60 seconds just to log in... and a good 60 seconds or so to pull up an account... what used to take me 5 mins to do now takes 8 or 9.. i know it doesnt sound like much but you add that up from all the customers you deal with in one day... an extra 45 mins a day spent waiting around for the computer to work....

am i the only one who feels this way?

You are correct. And it seems as though on our systems, the graphics are not cached because it's always loading the menu graphics, which are not the least bit needed but are there for whatever reason. Oh, and I have to refresh alot of screens that I didn't have to before. I find myself using telegence more and more and just ringing up the items in opus.
