is cingulars v3xx quadband?

Just a simply question as I'm confused with all I've read about the v3xx on the net. I think cingular's v3xx should be quadband but the european ones aren't?

This has already been answered in other threads. The Cingular branded Vexx is only tri-band. It does not have the European 900 band.

Mobiledia.com showing it is Quad-band. http://www.mobiledia.com/phones/motorola/razr-v3xx.html
Does anyone know if Mobiledia.com really sells Quad-band V3xx? If it is real Quad-band, i would purchase one right away.

Both versions are tri-band. The European version has no 850 GSM band and the American version has no 900 GSM band.

Besides V3xx, I see some unlocked phones are tri-band but with 900 instead of 850. Would it work well in US?

3G wont work. The European models are 2100Mhz.
